We not only switched web hosts, but we also have a whole new design. We've brought back our original logo and really brightened things up with some cheerful new colors.
In the process of designing a new site, we've also changed a few of our policies. Here are a few things our customers should be aware of:
- As always, cloth diapers will ship free within the US. All other orders $49 and under will ship for $5.95 and orders over $49 will ship free. To receive the free shipping over $49, you must use the code FREESHIP at checkout. This code will always be displayed in our website header for easy reference. We've also added the option to purchase shipping with insurance at checkout or to upgrade to Priority Shipping.
- We now ship to Canada!! At checkout, Canadian customers will have the option of Standard Shipping or Standard Shipping plus insurance.
- Our customer rewards will change a little. Customers will now receive a $10 gift certificate for every $100 that is spent online. We will keep track of your rewards manually and issue the gift certificates at the beginning of each month. All previously earned customer rewards will be transferred to our customer accounts throughout this week.
- All customer accounts have been moved to our new site. However, some of the passwords were lost during the transfer. To log in to your account, you may need to request a new password by submitting your account's email address. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and if you need any help, please send us an email at info@countrydrawers.com.
- We are still offering Military & EMS Discounts! If you've already been approved to receive this discount, your account will be updated this week.
- We still have a few pages to update and more than a few products to add. We will be adding many more new products in the coming weeks including baby carriers, safety products, cleaning supplies and more diapers!
- We are in the process of transferring our domain names. Please make sure to use www.countrydrawers.com. If you see the old site, you may have to delete your cookies.
